She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with people, management of people, Talent Management, and the development of culture. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of experience. She has worked with leaders in various industries to help improve business performance, specifically in times of rapid growth. Her work as a partner to translate human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for organizations and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She's passionate about learning and envisions developing team and leadership as the key competitive advantages. Her extensive experience in medium and small-sized businesses along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated success and results has have helped to create organizations that were able to embrace learning innovation and change to positively impact individuals teams and organizations. As Annmarie continues to devote her energy and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she provides assistance to several non- profit organisations in her spare time. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its goal is to train women as leaders.
