Zoe-perry
Perry was born the 25th of July 1968 in Chicago in Illinois. She was the daughter of Laurie Metcalf Perry and Jeff Perry. On the ABC sitcom Roseanne (as as seen through flashback), her mother played Jackie Harris in two of Perry's early TV appearances. Her parents did not allow her to begin acting by her parents until she reached an adulthood stage, because they were concerned about the anxiety it could result in. Perry was shy during high school and was not a performer. Her first acting experience was in the year 2000 at Northwestern University to gain friends when she transferred from Boston University. Following her graduation, Perry relocated into New York to search for television work landing small roles in series like Law & Order: Criminal Intent However, she was stricken by homelessness and brought the actress back to California and she was able to find acting work. The Other Place was performed by her mother and her on Broadway in 2013. In the year 2015, she was together with Kevin McKidd alongside her mother in Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize-winning Drama Anna Christie. It is part of the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble is located in West Los Angeles. Perry played a lead role in nine episodes of ABC's drama The Family. Perry was a regular character in the ABC drama about politics Scandal, starring her dad. The actress was also featured on the CBS show The Big Bang Theory spinoff Young Sheldon as a version younger of Mary Cooper, Sheldon Cooper's mom. She got the part in an audition that was open despite being connected to this persona.
